It's not a very good build. Unlocked CPU on a B85 chipset motherboard? Waste. Horrible quality PSU for a $1k rig. Absolutely no need for a full sized case, especially with an mATX motherboard.

would that be a good computer for rendering, playing full setting games and such? and why a quad core instead of i7? sorry im a complete noob, I dont really understand building pcs :b this is my first build

The Xeon listed in the build is practically an I7 4770 without the IGPU meaning it costs less for relatively the same performance. Plus, you wouldn't be using the IGPU anyway due to the fact that there is a 970 in the build.

To further answer your question. Yes it will max out all games with above playable framerates, check benchmarks of the card if you need further convincing.

ahhh, thanks man. also another nooby question :b. would that need anything such fans or coolers or anything? (is that the full build? everything needed for it work perfectly normal?

The stock cpu heatsink will be fine since you won't be overclocking. The case comes with a 120mm exaust back fan and a 140mm top fan. If you want you can put 2*120mm in the fron for an intake, i recommend the corsair sp 120, Quiet and powerful fans. I shall be receiving this case in about 3 days so we can be case buddies.
