I am looking to build a PC over the next few months for around 1000-1200 GBP, I can spend this much because I will be taking a bit every month from my wages to be able to build a better PC than if I took it all from one wage.
I need a Monitor,Keyboard and mouse
I do not need an OS (already got a copy of WIN7)
I need every single part for a PC except the OS(Case,CPU,GPU etc)
I will be using it for a wide rang of games such as BF4,Sniper Elite 3,Counterstrike,Portal etc.
Thanks and look forward to playing with all you PC gamers once I get a new PC

A LITTLE over your budget: Just a quick build, Not much planning but should turn out a beast. I'd suggest you change parts to your preference but this is a nice start!

Instead of us making a build for you now save your money and then we'll give you a build because "good" parts won't necessarily be good in a few months time.

I would say this is a decent build for your money, saving a bit more would be great but at your price point this is good.

I would advise just using a standard keyboard and mouse until you have enough money and once you have enough money I would also put a decent SSD in the PC. I added a 650w power supply instead of a 550w because the extra wattage will allow for upgrades (maybe another 970 in SLI) and it will also have more "head room" meaning that it should run quieter. Also it was only 3GBP more expensive.

Yeah thanks I'm gonna look at that build as it seems like the best one yet, I've already picked an SSD if I'm gonna buy one.

I'd be getting something like this

Kind of cooler coded too.

Or

Slight over budget but save some pocket money up.

Use the same monitor i recommended in the first build.

Don't overclock on the Hyper 212 evo, its just the fact that the 2011 series CPU's i believe don't come with Stock CPU coolers. So i would use this cooler just until you can afford a decent AIO Liquid cooler such as the Nzxt Kraken X61.

I would add a SSD when you can get some money too.

Add a few more case fans if you wish I'd recommend something like the Corsair SP120/140

--------

EDIT: I agree with Alexyy about getting the money together and waiting. New AMD 3** Series GPU's are coming out soon and broadwell is coming soon which may be worth a look in but if you can wait super duper long i would wait till late 2015 until skylake is released.
