Yes. Just means you can use better menus and the firmware is the best. Has the most customization options in the settings and it looks good.

Sweet haha, what do I need to check for when I'm buying it because obvs I'm gonna have a little go to see if it's all working and that

Now he's just said that he can only put the CEX on but can give me the files to swap to DEX but I don't want try swap it and brick my console

Yes i would ask him to give you the dex flash files,so you dont have to do it.

Know you get them from ttg,ngu,ps3hax,any number of sites,but be careful on newer rtm toools,they plant cid stealers,virus etc.

You don't use patches. Just get RTM tools. Use patches on waw, mw2 and stuff.

Nextgenupdate and make an account and go to the different games/tools.

Look on youtube or on forum sites like NGU ps3hax and tht lot
