No, not as of this moment. They are adding PayPal back as a payment method but with an increased fee. You could however transfer money from PayPal into your Google Wallet and pay with that

I don't use Google Wallet so I cant help you, and the payment methods are the same for buying and gifting, no PayPal.

This has been asked way too much, no. Sean said it might come back but for more money because it's a headache to use.

You can't at the moment but Sean said he was bringing it back soon though but at a higher price. You're best bet would be asking someone to gift them if you send them $6 on Paypal. I would but I have no money on my debit.
