Episode 165 is not dubbed yet but I believe the date for the next set of episodes will be dubbed in March (I have read this in a few forum posts and it is on the wikip page)

March 10, 2015 - also you will see them on fairytail.tv on the day of release

That's due to episode 165 Being the "new" season, Fairy Tail (2014), It will get dubbed in a matter of months.

No they did not stop dubbing it takes a while for dub to come out.
