Whenever im in a phone call my data stops working anyone know why? OR how to fix

Yeah thats normal for most networks. Nothing you can do to fix it.
I think ATT is one of the few networks where you can still use data while in a phone call.

Yeh, It displays the 4G/3G logo but when i go into a call it sometimes still works but then stops?

This type of thing happens to me as well sometimes. I contacted my provider and they said it is something that is normal and will happen sometimes.

I would still say thats fairly normal. If you want, you can go into Settings>General>Reset and choose network settings, try restoring with iTunes, or contacting your network and see what they say about it.
