Depends on the budget...

But I'd suggest a upgrade of CPU and motherboard 1st...

Maybe a i5 4460 and a nice either cheaper end Z97 or Higher end H97 board...

If some spare funds get rid f that (what sounds like) aids PSU!

I'd go for the CPU upgrade first, never have enough cores :p

The CPU is fine, its 6 cores and has a good clock although its not the best, there wouldn't be a point in upgrading to an 8320 before he got a new GPU.

@OP: Go for a R9 280x or a GTX 970, R9 280x performs a bit less and the 970 is better and draws less power as far as I know.

Motherboard if you want to overclock, but then again with the price of AM3+ motherboards you might aswell change that processor aswell.

You may as well keep the 7950 and get a locked i5 with a b85 board.

Honestly depends on what you're going to be using it for. If you only use it for gaming, then I'd suggest a 970 and then once you get some more money get a new cpu and mobo. The 6300 really isn't a bad cpu. I used it and never had a problem with it other than rendering took a while

Of course, it completely depends on budget. It also depends on your PSU, if it's poor quality, I'd upgrade that before touching anything else. After that, a CPU upgrade to an i5 or something. Your GPU is perfectly fine, it performs about as well as an R9 280 and will do fine for 1080p gaming. If you wanted, a case upgrade could be nice, to something a bit roomier and nicer.
