PSNinja and spoofing have nothing to do with eachother. Delete your data every so often but it really doesn't help that much.

Both? Like I said they are different. Spoofing is so you can play online. If you don't spoof you can't go online, therefore can't get banned.

PSNinja is just to help clear old data. Do it every so often but it won't do much.

I use PSNinja just in case. It only takes a few seconds and could save my CID for longer
