Within the last few days, I have not been able to connect to my console with Neighborhood or any tools. My plugins are set as:
When i try to use neighborhood, I get the same error ( My console is saved under the name obviously, not the IP, so that is not the problem )
When I try to use tools, most of them can't connect. ( I am only using tools that use JRPC and XRPC, so its not an issue with that )
I have tried to replace each plugin with new/clean plugins, and I still am getting errors.
If anyone can help me fix this problem, I will +Rep them!

plugin1 = Hdd:\XBLStealth.xex
plugin2 = Hdd:\xbdm.xex
plugin3 = Hdd:\R1NZLRMenu.xex ( GTAV Menu )
plugin4 = Hdd:\JRPC.xex
plugin5 = Hdd:\XRPC.xex
plugin2 = Hdd:\xbdm.xex

Try using the IP to connect see if that works.

Before you use the GTA menu, try this setup:
1)XBLStealth.xex
2)XBDM.xex
3)XRPC.xex
4)JRPC.xex
5)
In neighborhood, find a new console. Instead of using the IP or name, just type in "JTAG" not RGH, XDK,R-JTAG, etc.
Let me know if you still can't connect

Try putting XBDM.xex as the first plugin.

Try resetting your router or change firewall settings in pc

Yep, basically so what everyone is saying to do
1. Set xbdm.xex as the first plugin
2. Disconnect router for 30 seconds
3. Put your xbox's IP in
4. If step 3 doesn't work, try entering it as "JTAG" instead of the IP

try disconnecting router and doing ip instead of jtag. -ezlobbies

i have done everything suggestion in this thread still wont find my rgh also reinstalled neighborhood.
plugins are set as plugin 1 xbdm.xex
