I got the original doctor and setting from two different people (Great artist) And I added some detail to the joined photos with Photoshop CC

well, as far as I can see it looks okay and is pretty basic, not a ton I can critique without the stock photos.

I like the darkness of this picture because it fits the name ''The plague'' b/c it was a dark and deadly period when it brokeout.
The colors suit it and i like this

I really like this peace, nice amount of tone and detail. Right colour/theme.
9/10. Keep it up mate. Maybe next time just add in the stock images used so we may be able to help you perfect it more, but overall good attempt.
