Does it only boot to the xbox logo then shuts off? If so, then it's probably a stealth plugin thats screwing you over. Text time you boot, right when you see the xbox logo come on the screen, press the eject button on your console. That should disable all the plugins at start up. Remove whatever plugin you added.
