Hey guys just wondering if anyone else got 1 month of XBL gold for free from playing The Master Chief Collection? I just received a message from Xbox Live saying

"As a token of our appreciation for your continued support of Halo: The Master Chief Collection, we have applied a free one-month extension to your Xbox Live Gold membership. No further action needed. Game on!"


I received this message 20 minutes ago when I was in the middle of a game on NHL 15.

Yeah people who played before Dec. 19th for a free month of LIVE, luckies. Oh well, I guess ya'll deserved it because of how screwed up the servers were for Halo MCC (and they're still a bit messed up)
