Does anyone know how to fix this error this is what it says.:
Running Bebian Packager
(x) Sub-process/usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (2).
It won't let me upgrade or download anything. I'm on an 8.1.2 untethered jailbreak.

Same thing happened to my friend.
You are going to have to rejailbreak in order to fix that, there is no other way. (that I know of)

Did you recently install a package or a source? If so remove it/them.

All my errors are almost always easily fixed by refreshing your sources. It may not be the same error as mine, but it's worth a shot.

I got this same error when I first jailbroke my phone and I think that I got the error because I jiggled the cord before it was done fully and it cause the jailbreak process to be hurried and leave parts skipped. I had to rejailbreak to fix the issue.

I'm not sure it works like this? What do you mean by jiggling the cord? Like moving it around? If so, that has no affect on the jailbreak process. You can't speed up nor slow down the jailbreak process.

He may of meant that by jiggling the chord around the phone became disconnected for a slight moment during the process causing an error
