So as the transfer market is at its cheapest, i'm looking to get a decent team which is 1.3 mil, preferably in a 4 atb formation.
I will +rep for the best squad.

you could us that same team but switch it to 4-1-2-1-2 and swap gerrard for Filpe luis pal it would do the job
