i have a folder that has a bunch of mod tools but i have no idea how to connect them. some have xprc.dll and jrpc.dll and some have .xex's and more dll's. the thing is i dont know where to put them. do i put them on the root of my hdd? or do i set the xex to plugins on dashlaunch?

You need to set XPRC.dll and JRPC.dll as plugins in Dashlaunch. Then download neighborhood on your computer, using neighborhood connect to the console (must be on the same wifi connection), then set the console as "default". Thats how the tools look for and connect to the console

Wrong. Depending on the tool, You will need to set XRPC.xex, JRPC.xex, and JRPC2.xex as plugins on dashlaunch, you leave the .dlls in the folders.
