Get a monitor that is all around good. I would honestly suggest just buying a monitor with under 10 ms response time. Other than that it's up to you to choose your size and design of the monitor. Don't spend a ton of money on BenQ. I've had BenQ monitors and I prefer my acer monitor over the BenQ monitor I had.

Any small flat screen with a high refresh rate is good, just make sure to stay around 32 inches for the best gameplay

Still need a currency to work with.

I could give you an option but it could only be available in one particular country. That's why the currency is important. Also, it allows me to determine best price/performance you can get.

As Katt said, you should buy a well-rounded monitor. Don't jump straight into the 'benQ 1ms MLG' trap. 5ms is fine. Possibly even a little higher. You also have to take into account whether it's a TN panelled monitor or an IPS panelled monitor. There are 1ms TN BenQ monitors that run a similar price to other branded 5+ms IPS monitors.

I'll personally recommend the Acer H236HL. It's IPS and 23 inch, but a very, very good monitor. However, you should take into account that it is quite a reflective monitor, so probably steer away from it if you'll be using it in a bright or lighted area a lot of the time.

Thats actually the same exact monitor that I use and it is really good for it's price. It does what it needs to with some very nice features. I would actually recommend this monitor also. If you have a little more money I know LG used to make some REALLY nice monitors for a little higher price tag.
