My computer powers on but has no display. monitor detects nothing and goes to sleep. No beep codes.

Either a faulty HDMI, a faulty port on the computer tower, or a faulty port on the monitor itself. Try different ports if there are any, steal a different HDMI cord from another device in your house, eliminate the possibilities to find the true problem

What are your computer specs?

Are you using a dedicated GPU? if so make sure the VGA/DVI/HDMI cable is plugged into the Video Card and not into the motherboard.

Sometimes you will need to install your GPU drivers for HDMI to work, I had this issue where only VGA would work etc.

If not try checking if the GPU fans spin, and is getting power.
