With my new MacBook Pro, the speakers aren't working. When I turn the volume up and down, it's all grayed out and won't let me adjust my sound. Tips?

If its greyed out then its either your speakers are broken, its a software problem, or maybe the audio codec has gone out. Test the microphone to see if that works. If the mic works then its probably either the speakers or a software issue. If the mic fails then its probably the audio codec.
Either way, take it to the apple store first to see what they can do with it.

Take it to a apple store as they should fix it if the computer is brand new of course.
