hi i have been given a Corsair H60 can i change the pipes on it to make it look bettter

On such a low end cooler, don't even bother...
It will be way to much hassle, AIO's are not designed to be messed with

Well, unless they're molded to the unit itself, I can't see why not... But seriously don't bother....

The H60 uses 3/8 ID x 9/16 OD tubing. The pump should be good enough to add a second 120 rad or change the included 120 for a 240. People usually just replace the tube and add a cheap res like the Swiftec Micro. The biggest thing you'll be losing is the warranty and you'll have to deal with refilling the coolant without a res (unless you add one, of course).

You might have a hard time filling it without a reservoir. Just make sure that the pump is never run with air at the intake.
