So I built my first computer a while ago and every time I shut it down, it shuts down but starts back up instantly. The only way to keep it from restarting is by unplugging the power cord from the back of the pc.

What I tried to fix the problem (nothing worked, obviously):
-Hardware settings in windows control panel
-Messed with the Bios settings
-Checked the internal wiring
-I also tried shutting the pc down using the power button on the case

PC Specs:
-Case: Rosewill black challenger
-Motherboard: Gigabyte ATX Socket AM3+ AMD 970 GA-970A-D3P
-CPU: AMD FX-8350 8-CORE Black edition
-OS: Windows 8.1
-Video card: Geforce GT 610
-ram: ballistix 8gb ddr3 1600
-Powersupply: corsair builder series cx 600 watt 80 plus
