Simply put,,you over paid for that console..by $200 probably $220. Anyways..did it ever turn on or did you plug it in and connect to Xbox live?

I would get a hold of seller(wich would probably never happen because dude just got $400) and send it in for free repairs.

there are many mistakes with this post the fact you paid 400$ for it! the fact you should see when you plug it in depending what type of RGH if its a slim there should be on the side the glitch chip that turns on RED when plugged in,. if you turned it on it should normally boot within 30 seconds. did he even show you proof of it. and last do more research.
