im 70 att 60 str and 60 def. was wondering if anyone could tell me what i should train on. I've been killing hellhounds and its pretty good xp. just wondering if there is anything better. thanks.

Yaks are hella good exp, or just do slayer tasks that's a good way to make some profit from drops.

If you don't mind grinding for hours you could do spiritual warriors in the GWD great exp and about 1mil an hour gp

Yea I would suggest Yaks, really fast and easy experience.
