So I played my first competitive game yesterday and was playing with my mate who is gold nova II and the other 3 guys where going mad at me for some reason ,my final score was 8-20 with 3 plants

And aperently I'm worst then a bot.

Well, i agree its a bad score but you might not be as good as them, i'd recommend playing with people your own skill level.

Playing with someone that high of rank when you haven't even been ranked yet is kinda silly..........

last time I played Competitive went like 8-13, and my excuse is

I only have 4 Total hours of CS;GO played. lol.

I was in a similar situation where I was unranked and playing with friends up to nova 4 :/ It's horrible.All you need to do is learn spray patterns for main guns like the m4, ak, or p90.After that I would practice using the spray patterns on bots before trying comp again.I did this and I find I go positive most games against people my rank.However, my friends say they didn't consider themselves good until 200 hours into the game.
