The only ones worth to watch from the Yu-Gi-Oh! series are
Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters - 224 Episodes
and Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's - 154 Episodes

Even to just finish these two it would take you 6.3 days to watch it all.
