When I go to launch a game on my account, it loads then freezes (it's a new account)
But then if I sign in on my old account I can play all my games
I deleted the game save and redownloaded it
Anyone have a solution to this

Did you delete the game data utility? Also clean your discs,thats why my games freeze sometimes.

try deleting and re-downloading the account and see if that works

The Account for this Game(s) might be corrupted.

Try putting your system into recovery mode and choosing the "Rebuild System" option.

Hopefully this will work.
