Can anyone give me a few suggestions on what PC to get.
I am looking for one that is around the 500 mark.
Is quick, doesn't crash nor break after a few months
Has a good processor and will be ideal for GFX Art work.

Thanks in advance

You could sacrifice GPU performance for a Xeon which will be better for editing/rendering and what not. The i5 will still be fine for that though. Regardless, add another 4GB RAM when you can, and then an SSD.
