This tutorial is to purchase anything (even server sided tweaks) in cydia for free.
The only repo you need will be biteyourapple (repo.biteyourapple.net)
Sometimes it will say you get a bad server connection and come back later on and it should work but it usually always works. Also I have noticed that it has been getting updated a lot so the devs are working to make sure it does what it is supposed to do.

First:
Install these tweaks called CyDown and Cydia Enable
Second:
Once installed go into the settings app where you will find CyDown and Cydia Enable
Third:
Click into CyDown and enable it
Fourth:
Click into Cydia Enable and enable CyDown. Once enabled push apply in the top right corner.
Fifth:
Make sure cydia has been closed out of multitasking and you can open cydia backup.
Sixth:
Anything even if its server sided will say that it has been purchased so all you have to do is instal the package like you normally would.

I find the BiteYourApple repo much better, and not all tweaks use cydia for the license purchase. Some are trials and you buy from inside like iUnlock.
