i dont understand why you need to 'expose' boosters if thats whats they want to do in the game then thats there decision i dont think its fair for people like you to go humiliating them, it could just have been a kid trying to impress his friends by getting some more kills with a weapon to unlock a camo why does it bother you that people boost its not like it effects you in any way what so ever

neither is any mods but people still spend months developing mods and we use them because there fun and we like doing them if someone feels its fun to repeatedly shoot someone in the face even though there is no competition its their choice no need to 'expose' and humiliate them
