Honest to god, its a complete waste of time! It is completely up to you though!

no no its not it used to be good but now it sucks to play the old version from 2007 or whatever it was you need to pay to play so no its just a waste of time

Runescape is a pretty fun game!

If you don't have a lot of time to invest in it, i'd say no.

Since the game is heavily dependent on how much time you put in. The more time the far more progress you see.

It is gone to complete utter shit nowadays. I would only go back to the Oldschool Runescape but I made 400k in the 4 day trial you get before you have to pay:/

Here is some perspective, RuneScape has evolved and like most MMO it now has abilities and a more intuitive combat system that some people who used to play RuneScape cant understand. I've played RuneScape for 8 years and I initially hated eoc on launch it looked bad and felt bad but now with the customizable layout and legacy mode it's all the game I've grown to love again. When I came back my account was gone so I had to make a new one this was a few months after OSRS release so I started there then felt like I would try out RS3 now I only play RS3 because I like PvM and the new playstyle its what I have personally grown to love and I don't hate on the people who play OSRS everyone has their preference instead of saying "runescape is bad" etc. people need to realize games evolve if you don't like it then leave don't linger around flaming it wont help any. If you have time to put into RuneScape and want to play it then play it but is it "worth" playing? That is up to you and your opinion of the game I personally love RuneScape and won't quit that easily.

These are people that cant play RS3 and complain about OSRS not being what they wanted


If you start again set goals and have fun RuneScape is a game of achievement, good luck

I would recommend RSPS as you don't need to pay for members items and you can just rely on other players to have fun. Then if you want to quit you wont have wasted hours because skilling takes days to achieve 99 unlike RuneScape. I'm recently made an RSPS check it out, just google "RewindScape"
