Well, this hacker on facebook, stole my xbox account some how.

He wants my credit card info for my account, Iv contacted microsoft about it, they cant do anything because the hacker has his email in the aliases, so if I try to get rid of my card info or change the securtiy email (His email is the security email) i just cant do anything.

I know the security email, that is linked to my account, I just cant get rid of it.

If it has YOUR credit card info on it call microsoft and tell them you want it removed. This is a service they must perform. After your card is removed he'll more than likely have no use for the account. Then bargain with him to get it back.

You can go on xbox dot com and change the info and there is a button requiring the accounts info to be used to sign back in and he wont know the new info so problem solved.

Contact Microsoft and they should help you get the account back.
