I thought you could preload the DLC for the Xbox One but I can't seem too find it at all on the xbox store or the in game store to preload it.

I'm pretty sure it comes out for New Zealand & Australia users 3 hours before anyone else...
You could try changing your location settings to one of them around that time it might be there...

I've never heard of preloading DLC.

I only know of preloading the full games prior to release.

Usually DLC for CoD is released 12am PST.

Really I preloaded the destiny DLC when it came out. But thanks for the info.
