Hey, I want to get a new CPU cooler but I cant decide whether to get a AIO or go air cooled, I have looked at the H60 and H75 but Iv looked around and people say they aren't worth the money and aren't that good. The PH-TC14PE_BK is want I want because its black and white and because people say its good but is there better for around the same price. My budget is 60 GBP but I will go over a bit if I have to.
Thanks.
Thanks.

Personally, if I had the choice, it would be the air cooler.
Alexyy is spot on. If you dont have a variable pump speed AIO, they will be very loud if your after a silent rig. Its not so loud that its off-putting but a loud enough "humm" that it gets annoying.
Even with a cheap air cooler, you can get silence.
However, if you don't want silence, an AIO cooler can be great & personally, I think they look cleaner too.
Both cool the CPU to around the same temperature [within a couple of degrees which is nothing]
