I would love to build computers for a living. With a low fee of charge like 50-70 bucks. I just love building PC's is there a job for that? I know that websites like Cyberpower and orgin do that but i am talking about an actual place like a store where people can come in and have me build it for them.

Thank you

You could start a business. There are small shops, not like chain stores though, in some places that sell components and will build rigs for a small labor fee. Look around for a local shop like that and apply. Other than that, an eBay shop is probably your only option.

As Craigyy_JR said you could have your own company, or even work for a shop. You could even work from home.

I mean being an IT Technician consists of that but i'm guessing you don't want to be fixing PC's?

Wouldn't get your hopes up, if you've worked in customer-facing IT before you will know it is a nightmare.
