Turn the rgh on wait 2 secounds then hit cd tray button then change your launch.ini with a fresh one and try to reboot regular there you go and it should be fixed (the way to get a clean launch.ini is to make a copy onto a usb or xbox 360 neighborhood and edit all the plugins to say nothing.)

I know. Thats why i said to put it on a USB. It works for me everytime i screw up my plugins. The system reads the launch.ini from the usb rather than the harddrive so tht method is better.

Well if you hit the cd tray after a boot it will usally not run any plugin during startup other than a usb if he dosent have any.
