Here's some ways to help with your problems Xbox 360 not sure about Xbox one.

If you have the Season Pass and it's showing that you need to pay again well to fix this, Go onto the game and head over to the store and download the DLC. You won't have to pay as you have the Season Pass.

Can't get on Zombies? Well you should try clearing your cache.

Haven't had the update yet? or can't find the DLC? Restart your Xbox then load AW then you will get a Update.

Head to your Hard Drive then it will give you a option to clear it.

Yes the Cache only. This is what I did and it started working for me.

Wouldn't know what to tell you, If you got the Pack 1 Update when you first got on then Cleared your cache and have the DLC downloaded should have worked.

yes i have the pack 1 update, nothing never goes to plan lol :/

Yea, I'm not sure then. Worked for me just fine. I would just try restarting your xbox after you clear your cache.
