i went 6-4 in placement games, And I got silver 3. Last season I was gold 5. It's not a big deal though because Im in promos for gold again. :]

is this true??? because i am not done yet with my ranked i only got played for 2 games, but last year when the season 4 start, my record is 8 wins - 2 losses, but i hope i will not end-up on a lower rank . . .

your mmr must have been lower than what the average was for your last seasons respective division. Also if you did poorly in placements this season's mmr isn't going to start off on a good footing.
