Been awake for 22 hours now. its currently 10AM.. dont want to destroy my sleep schedule so want to stay up till this evening then crash. whats a good way to stay awake as im already getting the eyes are sleep craving already.

Update: I failed. i fell asleep at 11am.

Just woke up..its 5pm xD

Just don't lay down, keep busy, I would say energy
drinks but you crash after those. Try drinking some
sodas or something! Good luck M8

I feel when I do this and take a shower I'm more tired and relaxed because of the heat.

Go for a cold shower, splash your face, don't lie down or slouch, go outside for fresh air, find something to do that constructive maybe, make sure your not really warm. Have a coffee or fizzy juice hahah.

Last time I felt like sleeping, I had a friend come over. Kept me up, really. Lasted 32 hours. Showers, caffeine, natural light, music even, these all can help you stay up.
