I'm a Support Agent for AppNet and I haven't had any problems with it yet, We just updated the tool for AW TU7. So far no resets in AW when doing a recovery. There Is now 3 people who can give you an Activation code instead of 2 persons.

i waited about 2/3 months for help from krazaki or moddedwarfare no reply. spoke to a support member and they said someone will get in touch within 4hrs or whatever it was, its been 2/3 months still no reply, so i thought f*** it and just left it.

What i can say is appNET is the biggest piece of sh*t i have ever spent my money on. Back when i was hosting i made about $40 dollars in donations throughout a 2 month period, then i heard about appNet, it all seemed good and i seen some potential in it so i bought it.

So first i signed up and bought the pro package and i was told that the activation code would be sent automatically to the email i registered with, well i never received no email ? so i went to the live support for answers and they told me this was a problem with @hotmail addresses and basically made out it was my fault, this really annoyed me as the website should of been updated to warn users not to use @hotmail but of course, no. So i ask this guy on the live support asking if he could sort me out and give me my activation code but of course, he doesn't have permission/access to give me the code so i would have to wait until the other staff member was online or try the appNET aim. so since the other member was offline i contacted the Aim 'support'. i was told by the aim support that they don't offer support anymore and told me to ask the live support on the website so i went back and told the guy and he said they should be giving out support so i tried him again and he ignored me for a 2 days and the live support for activation was never online for more them 15 mins. eventually the aim guy stopped being lazy and gave me my activation code so i was happy but when registering my CPU key well what happens ? of course, i miss one letter and now i have to wait another day to contact the support to get it fixed, they tried to ask me to pay another $30 because of my mistake but eventually fixed it, I'm aware i agreed to conditions that said i may have to re purchase if i type the cpu key in wrong but c'mon, not that much effort and its not like 100 other people do it everyday. so everythings working well and guess what ? the tools shit, only good thing was the XOSC spoofer but all in all, everything on that tool i could of got for free.

sorry for the long message but just telling you my story and how bad the app is. not just me this has happned to

Go with AppNet. Never had any issues with the it myself. I use it quite a bit, mostly for their spoofer, which is amazing, and everything works in the tool.
