Can't view friends list anyone having this problem?

Check your network connection. Go to Games and Apps > Apps > Settings > Network > and the on the left, Test network connection. If that good then go back to Network, Test multiplayer connection. If that's good then the problem does not lie with you. Its most likely an issue with the Xbox service. Try power cycling the Xbox to re establish the connection with the Xbox service. If that doesn't work then you will have to wait until Microsoft gets the Friends app back online.
