Im using a 1920x1080 monitor and whatever I change my BG to its really blurry anyway to fix that?

Depends what you mean by "really blurry." Windows is very bad about wallpapers and compresses them even if the original image quality is good.
This may not be what you're looking for. You may be using a low-quality image or the image may not fit your screen's resolution and is being stretched.
1. Press Win+R, type or copy+paste: %appdata%\Microsoft\Windows\Themes
2. Rename the file you want to use as your wallpaper to "TranscodedWallpaper1" and remove any extension (png, jpg, etc.)
3. Replace TranscodedWallpaper1 in the appdata themes folder with the file you just renamed
4. Right-click the desktop and click "Refresh"
This may not be what you're looking for. You may be using a low-quality image or the image may not fit your screen's resolution and is being stretched.
