What do you mean air brush design? Did you paint it with a air brush? If so what was the point you used a stencil you could have just colored it in with a hard brush or even pen tool and get a much cleaner better look

Instead of adding a paint glow around the render, you could of add some outer glo to the render and made it much cleaner.

Yea I'm using my laptop and just the touch pad wish I had a touch screen or a drawing pad to use

This looks raster AF. I really think that you should have not went with the airbrush tool as that specific tool is actually Satan.
I think that it would have looked a lot nicer if you used the pentool and made it less thick than what you did with the airbrush.
It also looks like all you did was trace around the edges of an existing Hello Kitty image...

as far as the trace I have the layers to prove I did the whole image myself except the render and I think your right just have not experented with the pen tool that much
