1: On your PS3 make a new user
2: After that, make a new PSN account.
3: When making your account make sure you make your country Japan!
State- Doesn't Matter
Zip Code- 6408273
Step 4: Fill in all the other account info stuff, then go directly to the PlayStation Store
5: In the store go to the game menu
6: Go to Playstation PS+ and click on "PS Plus:14 Day Trial"
7: Leave the store
Since most people can't read the language just use your memory to get through of this video as a reference.
