Hello All,

I am needing a bit of help figuring out how this work and the correct cords I will need. For instance, I have a Mac computer and I'm currently looking into what specifc cords I will need. Of course my Tv side of the cord will need an HDMI cord, but I amsure of what should go into the computer side because there is no HDMI port. All there is essentially USB ports.
Quick help would be appreciated!

Your iMac has a mini display port which actually looks like a USB port.

You will need a Mini Display Port to HDMi cable to hook up another monitor or TV to your computer.

i have a macbook pro that i use to watch movies on my tv and its basically the same thing and i use a thunder bolt to hdmi but your tv may be different then mine but most tv's have at least one mdmi port so you should be good to go there this is the cable that i use and you should keep in mind that any sound you want to play it will come thought the computer speakers not the tv if you want to do that you will need external speakers for the computer or an aux cord like i use but again it may be different for your tv
