None of my apps seem to want to open. I have an IPhone 4 running IOS 7.1.2 and it is jailbroken. Any ideas on how to fix it ?

I've tried rebooting. I really haven't installed any tweaks thats the thing. When I boot it into safe mode it works perfectly fine. Also multitasking doesn't work as well.

I get the same problem, I now keep mine in safe mode. But try closing all the pps and hard resetting, that often helps it a bit for me
