Anyone thought of doing the flaming helmet method with the beta?

i.e Getting someone who downloaded the beta from code/transfer, getting them to make a modded profile then getting them to upload the black ops file so you can put it on your xbox.

It works with XBLA games and GoD games, would it work with this?..

The only people with the beta, are the highest members of treyarch and a few chosen VIPs.
