Is it possible to change the fan speed or apply more fans in your retail xbox and like make it cooler in the inside so it wont be so hot?

if you detach the blue wire from the fan connector ( it is the speed controller for temp) it will put all 12 volts to the fan
but it is pretty loud
what you can do is detach the blue wire and get a voltage regulator and splice it into the power wire and use that
