Try this its under your price range. I could upgrade the cpu or video card. Other than that it is a pretty good pc. Streaming and playing games should be a piece of cake.
Noting this is my first pc build.

Trust me, I know. I have a 8320 and hate it, Im switching to intel later this week, once my paycheck comes.
