I have an Xbox One, but I was thinking about getting a PC since there's a larger variety of games to play. I was just wondering if I should try to build my own or just buy a tower that's already made. I've had no prior experience with building a PC, but I catch on to things really well. Should I build my own or just buy one?

Building a PC is quite simple if you have a big case as it is easier for beginners.

Pre-Built PCs are high in price but low in performance.

Cable management is just the bad thing for a 'newbie'

Build. Do not buy a pre-built. Building a PC is extremely easy.

If a 5 year old can do it, so can you.

Do not buy a full sized case expecting it to be easier to build in. Building a PC is simple, regardless of form factor. Post a thread in here with budget and currency(after reading the section announcement) and we can help you find the right components for a good rig. Cable management can be a pain in the ass sometimes though.

Building isn't hard at all, most components fit in one slot, one way and the others have manuals which after you read them you should know how to fit them. The hardest thing is picking the right parts for your money, but we can help with that.

Look up some build guides from the likes of LinusTechTips, it will show you how a full system can be built in under an hour. ProTip: stock up on cable ties.

Very easy to do, you can't really go wrong and their is loads of tutorials out there that go though step by step, it's just screwing in your motherboard, DVD drive and clipping everything in place on your Mobo and basically your done. The hardest part is cable management

it's easy etc etc
Cable management is best done while you are building, not afterwards.
