Basically what it means is another computer was hooked up to the factory one, making the computing process in order to run the car a much easier and less strenuous task. It's nothing to worry about.

Oh yea for sure. But let me say this cause I forgot to mention in the first post. Since there's a piggieback computer wired to the factory one, more than likely the old computer is a little broken in some way or another. If that piggieback one somehow ceases to work, it'll be a hefty sum of money in order to have the computer replaced. It'd be so expensive simply because the car is foreign, and it's older so it's not a super available part. But for the price, with also considering milage, I'd go for it.

As long as you know how to drive stick you should be fine!

Yea the guy in the post said it'd go 60-80 on the highway smooth? Like what does that even mean? Is that because the computer is bad?

Oh no! Driving smooth just means it'll go that fast without any shaking while the car goes down the highway.

If the car already has a piggyback, then no you shouldn't need to buy another one, but if you want to replace the current on then yes, that's what you're looking for.
