I don't know your money situation but you could always buy an aftermarket radio with a built in usb or aux cable port. It'll be a world of difference.

You can get a fm stereo adapter. They normally run for about $20. Plug it in the ac adapter, set a station, put it to the same station on your car stereo, and you can play the music off your i-pod/phone.

Just make sure you buy a dash kit for your car if you buy a stereo. They are designed to make an aftermarket stereo fit in your specific vehicle.

You can make a single din or double din fit in that.
Single din radios go for as little as $50 depending on the brand.
There are dash kits that will make the install look clean and make sure everything fits correctly.
Rough estimate of installing a single din radio with cables and dash pieces would be $100-$140
If that is still too much for you then there are stock stereo input cables. Headunit to RCA/AUX cables.
Those cables can be as little as $10 online.
If you need help picking a choosing cables or anything for that matter please don't hesitate to contact me.
